Dump Enchiladas

Prep & Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 2 Lb Ground Beef
- 20oz Red Enchilada Sauce
- 10oz Salsa
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Onion (Diced) 
- 18oz Shredded Mexican Cheese (Divided) 
- 13oz Bag Tortilla Chips
- Sour Cream (Optional for Topping) 

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Brown ground beef along with onion. Smash bag of Tortilla chips into small pieces while still in bag, then pour into large mixing bowl. Pour ground beef with onion, enchilada sauce, salsa, and 1/3 of cheese into the same mixing bowl as well. Stir/mix well. Then pour all into clear baking casserole dish and spread evenly across it. Take other 2/3 of blended shredded cheese and sprinkle evenly across the dish. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Take out of oven and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
