Plant-Based Sausage Meat


Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Fennel Seed (1/4 Tsp Ground) 
- 1/8 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Sage (optional) 

Instructions:
In a food processor, chop and pulse about 10 times or until the walnuts are combined well with the spices and they look like ground meat, stopping and scraping down the sides as needed. Do not overblend or it'll turn into butter. 


Makes: 2 Small Servings. 

Lasts: Up to 5 days in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container. 

*Perfect on/in pizzas, spaghetti, lasagna, tacos, omelets, gravy, etc. 
*Add fresh onions and jalepenos for even more taste!
