Base Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chilled Heavy Whipping Cream
- 14 oz Can Chilled Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Using a hand mixer with the whisk attachments, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes). Set aside.
In a large bowl, using a fork, whisk sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee, and vanilla. Add half the whipped cream and fold until combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and fold until combined. Then add any additional flavors (listened below) to ice cream now and fold a few more times.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer safe enclosed container and smooth the top. Tightly cover and freeze until frozen, at least 6 hours, but ideally overnight.
Lasts up to 4 weeks in freezer.
