Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 Can of Biscuits
- 1 Cup of Cooked Sausage
- 1/4 Cup of Real Bacon Bits
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- 1 Cup of Cheese of Choice

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease pie pan. Take all biscuits out of package and combine into one ball of dough kneading it for 2-3 minutes. Then flatten ball of dough into the shape of a small pizza placing it neatly in the bottom of the pie pan. After its in the pan push edges down to make a crust on the sides. 

After sausage is cooked, sprinkle sausage crumbles and bacon evenly on top of biscuits. Then mix eggs and milk together. After blending well, pour evenly over the meat and biscuits in pan. Then sprinkle the cheese until it covers the food underneath. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until eggs are done. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool, then serve.

Makes:
About 3 servings (meal for 3 people).

Can Add:
Salt, pepper, and (optional) country gravy on top for even more flavor. I like to fry fresh onions with the sausage.
