Breakfast Casserole #2


Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Cooked Sausage Crumbles, Chopped Spam or Other Meat of Choice
- 1/4 Cup of Real Bacon Bits
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 1.5 Cups of Cheese of Choice
- 1.5 Cups AP Baking Mix
- Couple Pinches Salt (optional)
- Couple Pinches Garlic Powder (optional)
- Maple Syrup (optional)
- Country/White Gravy (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease casserole dish. After choosing cooked meat, crumble or chop and line the bottom of the casserole dish until it's covered. Then pour bacon pieces evenly over other meat. Get a large plastic bowl and mix eggs, milk and batter together until it's blended well. Pour evenly over the meat in dish. Then sprinkle the cheese until it covers the food and is its own layer. Top with a little garlic powder and salt if needed. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until eggs are done. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool. Then serve.

Makes:
About 6 servings. 

After Serving, Add:
1 - Maple syrup on top..
Or
2 - White gravy on top.
