Ingredients:
- 2 Cans of Butter Beans
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Cup Diced Onions
- 1/2 Cup Real Bacon Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Diced Jalepenos
Instructions:
Fry bacon pieces, diced jalapeƱos and diced onions with oil in skillet until desired browning. Open cans of butter beans. Drain half of the liquid from only 1 can. Save all of the liquid from the second can. Then pour both cans of butter beans into the bacon pieces and onions and grease in the skillet. Stir. Add brown sugar and syrup and stir. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring often. Serve.
